Is it legal

Is it legal for any Government branch, be it Federal, State or Local. To keep any body, citizen or not, from presenting legal evidence to a Judge. Evidence that has already been (wha-deered) checked out.

As in big business (private sector) a lot of these companies know the longer they can drag out these cases against them, the better their chance of it going away. Cheaper lawyers fees than a settlement, some times a settlement is cheaper that a Judges Decision.

Now for a Government branch to use an Insurance Co. in the private sector against a citizen of that Government branch, a property owner, a tax payer of that branch. Whose taxes help pay for that Insurance Co. To keep that citizen from presenting any of his evidence to a Judge. Primarily because every charge of action has been proven in his evidence’s wha-deering. Let me introduce you to a couple of legal terms “ Third party complaint” & “Litigation”

These type of actions make it impossible for a poor person to get any kind of justice. And NO that CPL “As a Poor Person”  is meant only for those who are already in jail.

Perhaps you believe that I haven’t a clue of what I am talking about, just keep in mind though every City, Town or Village in this country has to have some kind of Insurance. How do you think they handle any or all of their complaints?
